New Construction Home Inspection

There is a misconception that a new construction home is perfect and without any issues.  A new home does not guarantee it is built well. There are many cases that mistakes are made by the builder that are not easily seen by the buyer. Also if the mistakes are made within the walls or ceilings, the buyer may never know until repairs are needed. A Qualified Home Inspector offers a 3 Phase Inspection that will catch the issues early, before they become major problems in the future.  The 1st phase will be an inspection of the footings and foundation of the home. The 2nd phase is pre-drywall inspection in which examines the framing, roof structure, plumbing, and electrical components. The 3rd and final phase is an inspection of the finished home.

Pre-Listing Home Inspection

It is more common that home inspections are for the home buyer but the seller can benefit greatly from being informed of the condition of their home. Being proactive with repairs can save the seller money, give more time to correct issues, and ease the mind of the buyer. Avoid surprises and have more control during negotiations with a pre-listing inspection.
